Cancellation and Payment Policy

1. Reservations and Payments

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the cruise, prior to boarding.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card.crypto

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by the client:
    • For cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled cruise date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. 
    • For cancellations made less than 3 days before the cruise, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations by the company:
    • In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be provided, or the booking can be rescheduled based on availability.

3. No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show on the day of the cruise without prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Booking Modifications

  • Changes to the booking date can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
